Interpreters
If you require an interpreter the reception staff will call the Translating and Interpreter Service (TIS) when you arrive at the clinic for over the phone assistance.
If you require an onsite interpreter you are able to bring a family member of friend into the consultation or we can arrange an onsite interpreter with some notice.
At Tarneit Central Medical Centre we have doctors that speak languages other than English.

Recall and Reminder Systems
Tarneit Central Medical Centre staff recalls all patients for abnormal test results or if the doctor wishes to discuss test results with you.
The practice has a policy of not giving test results over the telephone.
Tarneit Central Medical Centre offers our patients a reminder service for example, but no limited to pap smears, immunisations, blood tests, blood pressure checks and skin assessments.
